Carefully handcrafted intricate paper sculptures of two Scarlet Minivets. The female is perched on a branch whereas the male is in flight . Both the birds are made out of paper and wire , for the facial features and talons I have used regular epoxy. Each paper feather is painstakingly cut to precision and glued carefully to the body of the bird . Building these pieces is an extremely lengthy process , it took four weeks to complete this project. The entire piece sits on a wooden base and is enclosed in a glass dome.
These birds will make for a great home decor piece and draw the attention of all nature lovers.
